nostalgia

The first photo is one which i took in a neighborhood around Ursinus while i was on a walk, and the 2nd photo is one which i found on a photographer's website. I took the first photo because i liked the way that it shows life in the suburbs, where people hang their laundry. it reminded me of my own home, where, since i was born, my mother has been hanging laundry. So, seeing this hanging laundry brings back not just memories of seeing laundry-but also memories of home in general. The photo beneath it is similar in that it represents the lifestyle in this city, where people hang laundry from building to building.
