I liked this photo a lot, not only because of the different shades of red incorporated, but because of the story I thought could be applied to the photo from various viewer's imagination. I am really interested in the fact that the hues of red seem to become brighter as your eyes progress from left to right and if there was any reason for that design by the owners. I felt that the kind of street photo spontaneity of this photo was one of the most intriguing aspects of the image, as it would be a picture I would be interested in taking if I passed these doors in an alleyway.
This photo was taken when we were on our trip in Philly. I was wandering around and the red doors caught my eye from across the street. Although this may have just been because of the light, the doors seem to lighter in color from left to right, similarly to the photo taken from the Internet on top. These were the doors to a church and I loved the idea of the stone work and kind of plain/average outside appearance of the church with the doors being a huge visual draw that felt very inviting. I also loved that the person sitting down on the far right door also has a red jacket on, kind of acting as urban camo, while they ate.
